Why choose Harmonize Care?

Something that makes us a little different to other homecare providers is the fact that we have our own training company, harmonizetraining.com. Set up in 2016 our founder and MD Rachel Lee had identified the need within the industry for quality in-person training from those with first-hand experience. She knew the value and understanding it could provide so she set about creating a team to deliver this, led by experienced Training Manager Linda Knock, RGN, DipHE (Adult) Nursing.

Harmonize Training Courses

Some of the courses are suitable for other industry sectors but we particularly focus on Health and Social Care training courses. Today we offer over twenty-five training courses, each of which are offered as a stand-alone option or as part of a package. All can be used to help Carers gain their NVQ Level 2 Care Certification qualification.

We constantly update and refresh our training courses to ensure they meet the latest guidance and criteria. This means that Customers, and anyone who is searching for social care services in Essex or Suffolk, can be assured that the Harmonize Carers who look after their family member will be trained to a high standard.

Company Structure

As the company has grown over the last few years we have developed an effective administrative structure behind the scenes to support in excess of one hundred Harmonize members of staff. This includes a deputy manager, five care coordinators, four senior carers, a dedicated HR department. Health and Safety lead person and a Quality Assurance lead.

Mission

Our aim is to provide the highest standards of care for your family member to enable them to remain living safely and independently in their own home for as long as possible. We do this with empathy, kindness and understanding in an inclusive and communicative manner with the Customer and their family.
