When you are ready to discuss things further please contact our office and we will arrange for an initial meeting with one of our senior Care Coordinators. This can include the person requiring re-enablement care, any relevant professionals plus one or two other family members who may wish to attend. We can advise who should attend at the time of booking the appointment.
