A high number of our Carers have been trained to competently deliver highly complex care services and procedures to those many individuals that need regular daily support for more extreme medical conditions.
At Harmonize Care we are proud to offer these vital and specialised life supporting services and utilise the expertise and experience of our own in house Registered Nurse to oversee the range of complex care services that we deliver daily to some of our most vulnerable customers.
It is her remit to ensure that training is current and effective and is vital to maintaining our reputation for competency and excellence in this field at all times.
Complex Care Services include:
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy including both PEG feeding and PEG Management
- Assisted Ventilation
- Tracheostomy Care
- Acquired Brain Injury care
Our aim is to help Customers to enjoy as independent a lifestyle as possible whilst they receive support with PEG feeding or ventilation.

Taking the next step
When you are ready to discuss things further please contact our office and we will arrange for an initial meeting with one of our senior Care Coordinators. This can include the person requiring complex care support, any relevant professionals plus one or two other family members who may wish to attend. We can advise who should attend at the time of booking the appointment.
From this we will gain a fuller understanding of the specific care required and can explain the different services we offer. A Care Plan will be created and all costs and payment options fully explained.
