Quality Assurance and Service Improvement

As part of our overall ethos Harmonize Care strives to continually improve and enhance the range of care services offered. To achieve this we have a dedicated Quality Assurance Lead, Nikki Cracknell, who ensures we provide and maintain the highest level of holistic person-centred care.

Nikki undertakes regular client engagement to obtain feedback from Customers, their family members and friends in regard to their experiences. We utilise this to improve services for the future to enable us to continue to not only meet but to exceed customer expectations.

Staff engagement is also vital and helps to promote a positive work experience, improve staff wellbeing and create a healthy work/life balance.

Our First Wellbeing Event

At a recent inaugural Wellbeing Week, some staff were offered the opportunity to receive a beauty treatment or a gift in recognition of their hard work. We were pleased to also include a number of our Customer’s family members who act as informal carers in this initiative. They received an afternoon tea delivered by Harmonize Care staff. The event was a huge success and we plan to hold similar ones in the future.

Harmonize Ambassadors

A new incentive is the creation of a group of Ambassadors. Their role is to act as a Mentor by supporting staff members as they join the Company, helping them to act in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of holistic, person-centred care is achieved.
