Harmonize Care carsHarmonize Care Ltd is a recommended care service provider that offers an extensive range of personal care, domestic services and medication management to families and individuals of all ages living in Suffolk and north Essex.

Founded by owner and Managing Director Rachel Lee in 2016, we employ over 100 staff and complete approximately 9500 hours of care every month.

We understand how scary it can be to entrust a loved ones’ wellbeing to an unfamiliar person, particularly if this is the first experience a family has of looking for care services. From initial enquiry,  until delivery of the first care session and throughout, our aim is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our dedicated human resources department ensure that we recruit people who genuinely want to make a positive difference to a person’s everyday life.

Working as a Carer requires the ability to remain professional and calm at all times whilst also ensuring the Customer feels well cared for and listened to. Understanding the need for dignity and privacy is paramount as is kindness and a friendly nature and these are the qualities we always look for.

Training

All employees receive extensive training prior to commencing work for Harmonize Care. This is regularly updated and we encourage Carers to expand on their qualifications and skills, via our sister company which specialises in Health and Social Care training. harmonizetraining.com
